At Mountain Lakes Community Federal Credit Union, your privacy is top priority. This notice describes how we protect the privacy of your personal information. Throughout this notice, the word "information" refers to personal information about you that may not be publicly available.

* Applications and other forms you submit to us, which includes information such as,
   name, address, social security number, assets, and income.
* Information about your transactions with us, such as account balance, payment history, parties
   to transactions, and credit card usage.
* Consumer reporting agencies to obtain information such as your credit worthiness and credit history.

Parties to whom we disclose the information:

* Financial service providers, such as those that provide mortgage securities, credit card,
    data processing companies and insurance services.
* Companies that perform marketing services on our behalf or to other financial institutions with
whom we have joint marketing agreements, such as check printing companies.
* To protect our members' privacy, we only work with companies that agree to maintain strong
   confidentiality protections and limit the use of information we provide. We do not permit these
   companies to sell the member information we provide to other third parties.
* We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our members or former members to
   anyone, except as required by law.

How we protect your information:

* We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who have a
specific business purpose in utilizing your data. Our employees are trained in the importance of
maintaining confidentiality and member privacy. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural
safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic personal information.

Access to third party web sites:

* When you click on a third party web site, you will leave Mountain Lakes Community FCU's web
  site and go to a web site that is not operated by the credit union. Mountain Lakes Community
  FCU is not responsible for the content or availability of linked sites. Please be advised that Mountain Lakes Community FCU does not represent either the third party or you, the member, if
  you enter into a transaction. Further, the privacy and security policies of the linked site may differ
  from those practiced by the credit union.

Access to information through the Internet:

* When visiting MLCFCU's website, information is collected and stored on the domain you use to access our website, the Internet site address you used to directly link to our site, and the date and time of your session. This information is used only for statistical purposes to improve our website and it is not sold or given out for any purpose.

* MLCFCU may use confidential information in e-mails sent to us, through the public e-mail system and Online Banking e-mail, to answer questions, complete applications, and follow up on suggestions/complaints. All e-mails are deleted immediately after they have been answered and/or completed. This information is not sold to any third parties. For secure transactions, please e-mail us through the Online Banking e-mail system. E-mails sent in this manner are secure and use the SSL encryption.
