Home Equity Line of Credit

We now offer a new lending product that will help you get money from the equity in your home. The new home equity line of credit loan allows you to receive up to 90% of the appraised value of your home, less any balance owed on your first mortgage. This product gives you the flexibility of setting up the line of credit and drawing the money only as you need it. The line of credit allows you to draw on it for 5 years with a term of 10 years.
